Resolved! Activating Apple watch

 Hi,I am having issue activating my Apple Watch cellular. I contacted the support 2 times and got transferred to different reps. None of them know what to do.Can someone from Virgin please help?thanks,Michael

Today when I went to check my voicemail, I got a message telling me when I had last checked my voicemail: "your last mailbox access was 7:03pm," for example. If I hit 9 for "record" (I guess to acknowledge my access?), then it let's me get to my mess...

Resolved! Data not working on xplora x6 watch

Mobile data stopped working on my Xplora X6 play watch. I have updated the APN setting but it doesn't help. Updated APN settings only helped with voice call but mobile data is still unavailable. Did anyone else faced a similar issue?@members
