Resolved! Phone not ringing

My wife's phone hasn't been ringing but Virgin has been sending her voicemails from people via text messages. She has checked her ringers and they are turned up and her Do Not Disturb is not on. How can we fix this so her phone rings again?

APN settings

Why aren’t there any options to change APN settings in “cellular network” with Virgin Plus? My Virgin Plus service is set up with an eSIM. This option is available with Telus with a physical SIM card.
