Internet down in the Orleans area?

Is anyone's internet down in the Avalon area of Orleans? I'm on Lakerdige and it's been down since yesterday evening. Bell is also down. Called the latter and they said several customers have called in and it could be 24 hrs before restoration.

Resolved! Disabling Router mode

Is there a way to disable the router mode on valérie modem and use it just as a modem. You’re modem doesn’t support NAT so i need to put a router between my network and you’re modem/router?
