Resolved! Where is my new plan ?

I renewed my plan on Dec 19, 2023 FROM Sweet Pay Unlimited 30 GB  5G, TO the new Loyalty + Sweet Pay $67 Unlimited 90 GB  5G.You said new plan would begin Jan 09, 2024. That bill still showed the old plan.What's up ???
