I got a different plan but now no Crave
I got a different plan when I reupped my phone but still have data which is required to continue to get Crave for free each month. But now I don't have Crave anymore. Anyone know how to get it back? Thanks

I have already paid my bill through my bank app yesterday, but it shows nothing in virgin app. And moreover company didn't provide its own email or contact no. of customer care.
Everytime I attempt to Login the account says it’s locked out cause of multiple attempts even if it’s my first attempt. Every time I log in I have to create a new password. Any suggestions on how to fix this.
