I changed my email address and you can’t send me my bill notice. How do I change it so you can access it

To make sure that all of your information is up to date, log in My Account and check your Billing Profile info. You can also access the area with the following link; View and edit profileOpens in a new tab or window. You can also give Sign up for e-billOpens in a new tab or window a shot as well.

Let's not forget about your Communication PreferencesOpens in a new tab or window also.

I have been trying to change my email, as I can't access it anymore due to it being linked to a phone I have no access to. Why is this? 

I have talked to a rep and they say my account doesn't exist, yet I am logged in. 🤔
