I just switched to Virgin in July and one of the perk was a 10$ credit on each line for a registered pre-authorised payment in the first 30 days, which I've done. The credit doesn't show up on my bill. How to go to get the credit for this bill and futures ones? thank you. N.

We invite you to check out Getting the Autopay credit on VirginPlus.ca to ensure you meet all of the criteria's to receive the credit.
As a side note, if you've registered a pre-authorized credit card payment it will not work as this credit only applies to pre-authorized debit payments.

Hi,
I got an email saying I need to add pre-authorized debit in order to get a $10 discount through autopay. I already have autopay set up through a Credit Card.
Do I need to set it up Autopay through debit account in order to be eligible for this discount, or was the email unnecessary? Also, my Credit Union is not available on the Autopay list.
