Cannot log into my account, pop up

I try to access my account, but a pop up kept appearing. I've tried all combinations to enter my account, but none of them worked. Because of this I cannot see anything displayed in my account! What am I supposed to do here....?

1. clear browser history
2. check out your update browser up to date
3. use browser InPrivate mode
