I am unable to sign into my benefits account it keeps giving me an error , I can sign into my virgin account just fine buy not the benefits app , I have it set up with biometrics an it's not letting me in

We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues logging into your account. If so, could you clarify on a few details for us?
- What exactly is this error that you're receiving? If you could provide a screenshot with your personal info removed, it would be greatly helpful to the Community in helping you.
- Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?
- Have you tried logging in with your password as normal instead of with biometrics?
- Have you reset your password?

Hi, I also have the same problem for over 6 months now. Its been giving me this error message.

We invite you to test out the suggestions mentioned above by @VirginPlusKris as well as the following;
- Make sure that your phones OS/IOS and apps are updated to their latest versions.
- If your phone as been powered on for a long period of time, try fully powering off your phone and back on again (restart).
Give those a try and let the Community know the results.
