I would like to know why I keep getting all my correspondence from you in French when my account is in English. Please send all emails and correspondence in ENGLISH.

Welcome to the Community.
You can manage your language preference via your MyAccount app. Once on the app you can follow these steps; press the Profile icon on the top right of your screen > Profile > Mobility bill - your account number > Language and Mobility agreement language.

I have just signed up with Virgin and any communication I get (emails & texts) is in French. How can I get those communications to come in English?
