Resolved! eSIM for Smartwatch

I went to the store...  I wanted to get an E SIM activated for my Samsung watch and they said I wouldn't be able to do that... I Urge Virgin Plus to start supporting E SIMS for Samsung watches as soon as possible...

Resolved! No Service?

As of a few hours ago I have no service. Ocassionally Virgin will pop up as the network but otherwise its No Service Am I the only one?

Resolved! VoLTE on prepaid

I’m currently on a prepaid plan with data with my iPhone 12. I’m not able to use VoLTE even if it is activated in my iPhone‘s settings and I’m in a area where it is covered.Is it possible to use VoLTE on prepaid plans?

Resolved! device not working

I took Samsung S22 from virgin mobile last month and now the device is not working. All of a sudden the screen went black and when plugged to the charger, it is not charging. What should I do? who should I call?
