Resolved! Can't activate new phone

I'm a longtime Virgin member. I just upgraded my phone (to a Samsung s23). I login to my Virgin account, go to activate my phone but nothing happens. When I click "activate" I can see the button highlight, as if it reads I tapped it, but nothing happ...

Resolved! eSim all forbidden networks

Hi, I am in Turkey and for my eSim all local networks are forbidden, so I can't connect to any network and use any service. I can use local sim card and eSim from other mobile provider, the problem only with virgin eSim. How to solve that?

Resolved! Text to landline not working

 it’s not working and I know the lines are clear etc. out of 10 messages to the same number it’s went thru 1 time. I’ve tried other numbers and it’s worked on some and not others etc. and sometimes would work and sometimes not there too

Is it possible to call forward? I'm going to be out of the country for several months and will not have access to Canadian cell phone.

I take train from mission to downtown on west coast express and there a lot of point where service stops can you please add more receptors along the way It will be great to get full coverage while commuting

Resolved! Poor reception in Toronto

I have been using Virgin Plus for couple of weeks. At my residence the network reception very low [Hardly 1 bar]. Is it possible to take necessary action to boost the network reception. My location is in Toronto.
