Hey Donny, 

You never mentioned the type of device you are using, what kind of phone was it? Depending on the model/manufacturer, you may be able to locate where the device was last.

Geolocation is determined by the GPS services built into your phone, and is not something provided or serviced by Virgin Plus. You'll want to look into similar "Find My Phone" services provided by your phone's manufacturer for further assistance. To get you started:

• Apple / iOS - "Find My" app
• Google / Android - Find My Device
• Samsung - SmartThings Find
