Hey Virgin Plus Members,
So you’ve lost your phone…worse yet, it’s been stolen.
If you’ve lost your phone/tablet or think it’s been stolen, log in to My Account and suspend your service.
If you have a smartphone, you can also try using location apps for tracking and erasing your phone's data remotely, such as Apple’s Find My or Find My Mobile
for Samsung. You can refer to your phone manufacturer’s website or manual for more information.
Found your phone/tablet?
You can log in to My Account and restore your service. Service should return shortly after.
If not, turning your phone off and back on will force a fresh connection to the network and have you on your way!
