When you have a credit balance on your account it will automatically be used towards your next invoice.

When seeing a "-" or "CR" in front of your balance, this means that you have a credit and no amount is due. The credit balance will be used towards your next invoice.

you see at Bill CR is mean Credit is will be apply a Adjustments to your Bill balance.
When you make changes to your service or add a new service or promotions is end or renewal Promo, you might have a partial charge or credit cause chances are the change isn’t happening at the beginning of your billing cycle.
The partial charge or credit will cover the fee or credit from the time you made the change to your regular billing date.
