Resolved! Account Profile Language

I would like to know why I keep getting all my correspondence from you in French when my account is in English. Please send all emails and correspondence in ENGLISH.

Resolved! Cannot log into my account, pop up

I try to access my account, but a pop up kept appearing. I've tried all combinations to enter my account, but none of them worked. Because of this I cannot see anything displayed in my account! What am I supposed to do here....?

I just went in and tried referring a friend in order to receive the $50.  Credit to my friend and to me. My friend does not have a computer so we do not qualify.  If the company is so proud of their promotion maybe they should look at making it acces...
