How to get Pre-authorized payment 10$ discount

I just switched to Virgin in July and one of the perk was a 10$ credit on each line for a registered pre-authorised payment in the first 30 days, which I've done. The credit doesn't show up on my bill. How to go to get the credit for this bill and futures ones? thank you. N.

Note: if you've registered a pre-authorized credit card payment it will not work as this promotional credit only applies to pre-authorized debit payments.
