Unable to make Bill payment. Session expired due to inactivity.

I'm trying to pay my bill, but the app keeps saying my session has expired due to inactivity.

We wanted to check in and see if you're still experiencing issues completing payments through My Account?

If so, check out our other threads on how to complete payments through your bank accountOpens in a new tab or window, as well as how to update your payment informationOpens in a new tab or window

If you couldn't find what you were looking for in those threads, you could also try out deleting and reinstalling the app to make sure it's updated to its latest version.

If you're trying in a web browser, we would suggest clearing your cookies and cache, and/or try using a different web browser.

We're hoping these tips help out, and keep us posted if you still need us.

close all browser and clear cache , cookies , and open new browser inPrivate mode, from computer..

if you using app clear data.

Pay bill somehow .... Can I do it by e-transfer? Valid credit card not accepted.

I have been  using my credit card to  make payments but  but for the last 2 months I have been out of country right now I'm trying to make payments using the same card but it is not getting authorized by virgin 

It appears Virgin is having trouble processing MasterCard payments. If you are trying to pay using an affiliated MasterCard product, it won't go through. All other payment methods seem to work fine.
