How long does it take for the referral discounts ($5/mo.) to appear on the bill? Are you able to confirm online the referrals?

Do I qualify for the refer a friend credit if I am on a starter plan? The rules say starter plans don’t qualify but that statement is made under the ‘as the person being referred’ section not the ‘as the person making the referral’ section. So before I start a bunch of referrals, I’m trying to see if I qualify to offer the referral being that I am on the $45/6gig starter plan?

Hi There,
I registered refer program a month ago and brought 4 friend in and the status is pending for all them when I check the status, however this morning when I go to the the Ref Status Check page I filled the registration form again since there were no option to check the status, so now I have two different refer codes and not able to see the referred friend's status, any ideas to fix this issue?

I referred two friends, but my account does not show the referrals. How can I confirm the successful referrals? Also, how can I use them to pay the bill?

Hi, My friend referred me for Virgin plus. Prior to port my number to Virgin plus, I have submitted the referral and I have received the confirmation email from Virgin. After I port my number today, when I click on "Get your bill credits" (from the email I received), entered my phone number and it says "This offer is available for new activations only. Why not invite your own friends to join Virgin Plus and get $50 in bill credits instead?".
I tried reaching Virgin plus chat desk but due to their limited access, they cannot verify where the problem is. Can anyone here help me with this.

I refered more than 5 friends diring 2023 black friday. It all showed successful, but until now the offer still does not appear. I feel cheated lol

I've referred my sister in 2023 Black Friday, she already enjoying $5 discount starting in 2024 Feb but still haven't reflect in my bill. Branch staff just told me wait and wait; FAQ and the forum here always mention keep check the dashboard but I never found a field that contained any information related to referral status in my dashboard.

I refer2 friends but didn’t get correct credit, only get $5, but my 2 friends already get their credit, only me didn’t get it.

I've encountered an issue regarding the referral program. The dashboard indicates that my referrals are successful, but each time I contact customer service, they say it will take 2-3 billing cycles to receive the credits. It's been 5 billing cycles now, and multiple customer service representatives have assured me the referrals are successful and that I should wait. Today, however, I was told my referrals are invalid. Meanwhile, my friends who were referred by me have been receiving their credits each month. Why have I, as the referrer, not received mine after five months?
If the referrals are considered invalid, why does the dashboard not indicate this? And how are my friends still receiving credits?
