Changing name on billing

How can I change my name on the account (billing, not online username)? Are there mail/online options or does it have to be done in store?

So I had my name legally changed recently. I am trying to figure out how to change my name associated with my account and billing. What do I need to do? Can it be done online? Do I need to show documents to provide proof of the change?

Hi,

I just noticed that there is a typo in my name and they say it can be corrected by an email on documents@virginplus.ca.

It has been a week since I have emailed them and there is no mistake.

How to proceed from here?

I got my legal name change documents for a change to my first and middle name in mid July and sent them to documents@virginplus.ca at the same time (July 17).

As of September 24 no change has been made to my account and I called the customer support number and got told that there was no ETA. I have sent a follow up. Has anyone had this issue? How did you resolve it?

At this point it feels like closing my account and finding a new provider is the only way to have a phone in my legal name
