How to change account name typo? Virgin plus is not replying to my email

Hi,I just noticed that there is a typo in my name and they say it can be corrected by an email on documents@virginplus.ca.It has been a week since I have emailed them and there is no mistake.How to proceed from here?Thank you,Faraz
