Good morning, @Damien . Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Virgin Plus Community.

Monthly plans are linked to a particular phone number, which in turn are paired with a particular SIM card. While you can swap phone numbers and SIMs (by swapping the SIMs between both phones), you can not separate those plans from their respective phone number and move them interchangeably between different phone numbers under one account.

We have two phones, a Galaxy S8 which we have had for over 6 years and a Pixel 7 which we have had for 2 years.  Somewhere along the line, the phone numbers for the phones traded places.  Perhaps it happened when we got the Pixel 7.

We are looking to upgrade from the Galaxy S8 but before we do that we need to return the phone numbers where they belong.  How we do that?
