If I have 2 cellphone lines in my account can I swap my plans with each other?

Good morning, @Damien . Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Virgin Plus Community.
Monthly plans are linked to a particular phone number, which in turn are paired with a particular SIM card. While you can swap phone numbers and SIMs, you can not separate those plans from their respective phone number and move them interchangeably between different phone numbers under one account.
