When logged in to my account, when I tried to click on update in Payment Info,
I get:
Oops! This page can't come to the phone right now.
Payment Info
Monthly Payment via Auto Pay

Could you give the following troubleshooting tips a try and let us know if they make for any change?
- Make sure to clear your browser's cookies and cache
- Turn off any pop-up or ad-blocker you may be using
- If necessary, try a different browser - Chrome, Edge, or Firefox are all supported.

I am getting this error as well. I have tried all the remedies and am currently on-call without active service because I can't change my plan over or change my billing to cash top up. This is ridiculous, I'll be calling in the morning to cancel this number to hopefully find something more reputable.

Hi there, everyone. Thank you for your patience as we've worked on this with our teams.
We recently pushed a fix for the issue with receiving Error 404 when trying to update your payment info in your My Account profile.
If anyone is still having issues with the "Monthly Payment via Auto Pay" page, please let us know. Otherwise if you could please confirm that the page is not working as intended now, it would be greatly appreciated.

e problem here, unable to update credit card. Someone in office tried to help, but that did not work. Now on pay as you go. Why can't this error 404 page be fixed? I have tried all the suggested fixes.

I'm experiencing the same errors. Can't update my credit card information online. Called customer service, but they were no help, so now I'm stuck with no phone plan. I may have to switch phone providers, because this is ridiculous. Fix your website, Virgin!

I'm having trouble updating my payment info, I log into myaccount go to my profile, click on "my payment info" and I get this, I've tried calling customer service, they seem to be unable help, any suggestions?

Still no resolution to this problem, .!!! Why have this gone on for months?
How the heck am I supposed to pay my bills if I can't update my payment info? I'm otherwise happy enough with Virgin but I might need to find a new service provider just because of this!
