When logged in to my account, when I tried to click on update in Payment Info,

I get:

Oops! This page can't come to the phone right now.

Hey there @PaymentInfo

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

We wanted to check in to see if you were able to update your payment info on My Account? 

If not, can you confirm if the error occurred on the My Account app or on My Account desktop? If the error occurred on one and you haven't tried the other, give it a try and keep us posted.

I get the same error message on the Desktop version (Windows 10). I tried with Edge, Firefox and Chrome and get the same error message:

OOPS! THIS PAGE CAN'T COME TO THE PHONE RIGHT NOW."

And I get the same error message using the Android app.

I also randomly get this error message when login to My Account (Desktop version).

Note: My home internet is with Bell (FTTH) and works great.

I get the same error 404 on the "my payment info" link "https://www.virginplus.ca/myAccount/payment-info.do" in fact half the link give error. 2023-05-21 it's almost one year from the first post and the problem still exist!!!

We just wanted to touch base and see if you were still having issues updating your payment info. To confirm as well, is this just updating your info, or are you having issues completing payment as well?

Furthermore, have you tried both in the My Account app as well as logging in via a web browser?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

I can't access the page at all to update my payment info. I have a prepaid so i can't use the mobile app. The whole site for Prepaid account have missing/broken page.

Give these steps a try:

  • Make sure to clear your browser's cookies and cache
  • Turn off any pop-up or ad-blocker you may be using
  • If necessary, try a different browser - Chrome, Edge, or Firefox

Let us know if these tips make for any difference.

I try with another browser (Chrome) clear the cookies and cache and i still get a error 404 for the page.

The link to "My payment info" is working.

But the link for "Monthly Payment via Auto Pay" is not working error 404.

I can't post a reply in my private message I got this error. The message was the same that I send now.

Correct the highlighted errors and try again.

This update link is broken, it leads to here: https://www.virginplus.ca/myAccount/payment-set-pm-menu.do a 404 page

I see this link on the payment info section of my profile: https://www.virginplus.ca/myAccount/payment-info.do#


It's been the same for at least a week. Will this be resolved? I need to change my payment info and I shouldn't need to call customer service to do that.
