Hi @Jasmine1618,
Welcome to Community,
That's a great question.
When you have a credit balance on your account it will automatically be used towards your next invoice.

Hey there @Michal93,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
When seeing a "-" or "CR" in front of your balance, this means that you have a credit and no amount is due. The credit balance will be used towards your next invoice.
Let the Community know if you have any questions.☺

Hi @Maple
you see at Bill CR is mean Credit is will be apply a Adjustments to your Bill balance.
When you make changes to your service or add a new service or promotions is end or renewal Promo, you might have a partial charge or credit cause chances are the change isn’t happening at the beginning of your billing cycle.
The partial charge or credit will cover the fee or credit from the time you made the change to your regular billing date.

Hi there @Adonis.
Welcome to the Community.
If you believe you've overpaid on your account, it'll show as an amount with a "CR" or a "-" next to the balance.
Any overpayment will automatically be applied to your next bill owed.

Hello, I've already paid in advance for my two months' bills at $43 each, resulting in a $86 credit (CR). Does this mean that I won't need to make payments for the next two months, and it will be paid automatically?

At first, the balance due was $5, so I paid it. Then the amount increased to $10, and I paid that too. I’ve now paid over $150 in total, but the balance due keeps increasing, and I just received another mobile bill. What is going on?
I admit I was late on a payment by a month, but my original bill was $26. How is it possible that I’ve ended up paying over $150 due to ‘balance due’? Is this correct?
