Can I use My Own Wireless Router?

hi,

I have just subscribed the internet service last night. i want to know to know if i can use my own wireless router. currently, i just plugged my wireless router to the lan port on the wall in the condo. i'm not sure if i need to install the additional modem. thx

Yes, you are able to use your own equipment if you prefer. Please do bear in mind however that Virgin Plus is unable to assist with said equipment or installing it. Furthermore, if you do have technical issues with your home internet in the future, the first recommended troubleshooting step will be to disconnect the third party equipment and try using what was originally provided to you, meaning Steve / Valerie / Vincent.
