Resolved! Accessing Sportsnet

SportsNet offers free access to their streaming app (Sportsnet Now) to users with subscriptions. They require credentials from your service provider. They will not accept Virgin Plus as a valid provider.   Why not ?

I’m trying to watch a TLC show On Demand (MILF Manor) and for the first time ever, there’s no results. I’ve watched lots of TLC shows on demand and don’t understand why this show isn’t available on demand? It’s not realistic to expect people to watch...

New to Virgin TV. Parts of the package are CTV from Windsor, London, Kitchener, why not CTV Toronto??

On Demand not updating

I was watching a show regularly that is aired on Sunday nights through the on demand feature, however it is no longer being updated there despite the show continuing to air. Who can I talk to about this?
