Hi there, @Tazzer. Welcome to the Community.
If you click on View All while browsing the Continue Enjoying section, you'll see an option for Edit in the upper right hand side. Once selected, you can remove the shows of your choosing.

When I do the above as you suggested on my TV, there is no Edit button. Are these instructions for the Virgin plus tv mobile app?

Hey there @Tazzer,
Please try the steps below to delete the 'Continue Enjoying' history, and let the Community know how everything goes.
Go to Settings > Select Clear History

Thanks for your reply. I did not want to delete all of the shows in the history, so on the Virgin Plus TV app on my phone, I went the view all in continue enjoying, then chose edit and delete each individual show.
