I just switched from Koodo to Virgin and have a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE - I used to have read and delivered receipts for my text messages but they have disappeared (and my chats with other android users used to be shown in blue and now they're green, which I used to get when messaging with someone who has an iPhone). Is there a way to fix my settings so that I can continue to get delivered and read receipts for the text messages I send to others?

I was included in a group text message with more than 10 people in the group. When I wanted to respond, I received a text from Virgin saying my message was undeliverable because I could not send a message to more than 10 people. That is ridiculous! I have never heard of there being a limit and I never had any issues doing it with Bell when I was with them and Bell owns Virgin. Can someone please tell me a way to fix this or is it just the way it is and I have to deal with it?
