Voicemail Setting Issue

I have tried setting my voicemail and i don't know what has happened and my voicemail didn't set. Initially it was giving me the option to set the voicemail but now it doesn't, after dialing the pin it is directing me at the voice messages. I called  the customer service but nothing worked. I am very disappointed that I am facing difficulty only for setting my voicemail, resolve my issue at early as possible.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

Just to ensure we understand, are you hearing any other menu option or the only thing you're hearing is "please enter your password" and goes strait to your voicemail messages?

When accessing your voicemail and after you entered your password, you should hear the following options;

  • Press 1 to Review your messages. 
  • Press 4 for Personal options.
  • To exit press *.

When you press 4, you will hear the following;

  • To change administrative options press 2.
  • For greetings or recorded name press 3.
  • To establish or change Security options press 6.
  • To exit press *.
