My phone got stolen a week ago and so I called virgin mobile and completed the phone claim documents and got accepted for a replacement phone. Virgin mobile sent me multiple emails claiming it would arrive in 1-3 business days it’s been a week now and I still have no phone. I check the shipping on phone claim and the page comes up blank so I got to the purolator website (for some reason they decided to ship it through them when it’s the literal SLOWEST shipping company) and it says it won’t be here for a week. Absolutely ridiculous I can’t even access my bank or get into any kind of my accounts without using my phone/phone number as verification. This is the most stupid thing ever. I was better off buying a new phone.

I’ve finally received my replacement phone but it seems like speaker on this phone is a little fuzzy/sounds a bit blown? Do I have to pay for another replacement phone? 🥲 i already have to pay $347 for this one and it would make my pockets hurt entirely if would have to pay for another replacement phone. What can I do? Please help

I lost my phone and filled form for replacement. It's been almost a week but didn't received any response from insurance company and they were not giving proper response in call too.
I have tried a lot to get connect.
I have visited the store, they said me to call to insurance
Chatted with customer service even they said same thing but no response even I called plenty of times
Everyone is escaping without giving the response
What I have to do now
I didn't expected this type of service
It's really v bad
