I went over my data limit and my mobile data was cut off.   That's fine, but I have no phone service.   My bill's not due till the 11th, today's the 4th.    Can you tell me what's happening?

Since the Community is a peer to peer assistance channel, it would be hard to determine the cause, as many different factors could be at play. With this being said we suggest accessing My Account to review your account status.
