My phone has been disconnected

I clicked  link to activate my phone, and now there is no service.

In order to better your chances of support from Virgin Plus Community Members, a few more details will be needed:

  • Are you referring to a new activation or a hardware upgrade?
  • After you clicked the link, did you receive a confirmation that the activation was successful?
