Samsung Galaxy Buds Offer

The Virgin website shows an offer of free Galaxy Buds2 when you purchase a new Samsung phone. I purchased the  phone at a Virgin store and they did not know about the offer. I called Virgin and they did not know about the offer. Has anyone been able to redeem this offer and can you tell me how I can go about claiming these buds?

Yo, jus as da title sais : Its all a bit confusing innit? 

seriously though I just signed up shiny new customer, purchased the s22 with the offer for the free buds2.

Nowhere does it say after exhaustive searches and communication with chat support...How to redeem this offer.

Can anyone direct me on how to redeem this? It as a huge deciding factor for signing on initially and I have read the

terms and conditions regarding this to ensure I met the criteria which I do. At a loss here as to what to do now! Any

help would be super appreciated!

You will be automatically enrolled in the offer and have them shipped to you. No action is required on your part.

How do I know if I am successfully eligible as I ordered during the promotion  but received after.it ended when I call no one knows anything 

Thanks for the reply. This is the offer. I contacted Member care at the end of Dec. They took my information,said they needed to verify the info and the ear buds would be shipped. A week ago I submitted a form to Virgin Mgmt as nothing has happened. I got no response and no ear buds. This is really frustrating - I bought the new phone on a 2 year plan and I ended up paying the $50 activation fee. Would appreciate getting the ear buds or some answer

Has anyone actually gotten their buds2? Do you get an email saying it shipped or does it just show up at your doorstep?

I bought the phone at a Virgin Store who knew nothing about the offer and said to contact Member Care. Now spoken with member care multiple times, spoken with retail support. Now getting the run around - they say I have to go back to the store where I bought the phone from and try to get them to provide the ear buds. The same store that didnt even know there was an offer. Virgin, if you are going to make an offer to customers, please follow through with honoring that offer

Hi, I am having the same issue and it has been 6 months and no ear buds or resolution. Just wondering if you did ever receive them?

Hi, I never did receive them. After all the back and forth Virgin finally said the offer was only for new customers and since I was an existing customer I wasn't eligible for it even though I bought a new phone from them. In the original offer it never said anything about only for new customers. Really poor marketing, or maybe really good marketing on their part as we all bought the phones.
