Reuse old virgin plus simcard?

Can I reuse old virgin plus simcard or I need to buy a new sim card to get a service from virgin plus prepaid?

Could you please clarify a bit? Is your old Virgin Plus SIM card a post-paid SIM, or a pre-paid SIM as well? If the former, then yes, you would need a new SIM card specifically for pre-paid.
