Just wonder I can’t text no data. I started my new phone yesterday same line. 2 days before billing period, now I have no data.

- Are you still having issues or it has been resolved (if resolved, please let us know what was done to resolve the issue)?
- How did you get the new phone (online or in store)?
If you obtained your new phone online, you would need to activate the order via My Account and use the new SIM card that was received in the package.
Let us know the outcome.
