I am having problems today with virgin service . I have no bars at all . Phone kept saying SOS I reset it a bunch of times . Anybody else having this issue today ?

BTW couple of other Virgin customers are having the same issue so it’s not just my phone.

I woke up yesterday morning and my phone was no longer connected to the Virgin network and said EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY.
I've restarted the device, turned airplane mode on and off, disconnected and tried to reconnect to the network, tried to manually connect to the network, removed and reinserted my SIM card, entirely replaced my SIM card and stil not working. I don't understand how or why this happened overnight! Wifi still works fine. Pls help 😞

Since this morning I have no mobile data network showing SOS on the phone. I am not able to contact or do anything with my phone because of this situation and it's very difficult. I tried restarting, putting in airplane mode but nothing worked. It's very important for me to have access to mobile data and it's been six hours without internet. What should I do?

Hello,
I have been living in my house for just over 4 years now, and suddenly about 48 hours ago started getting no service registration and network errors both indoors and out. Once in awhile ill see the circle with the dash through it but primarily see at least 4 bars of service. To troubleshoot i have manually tried to connect to network (the virgin and both EXT do not work), reset network settings, toggled airplane mode, restarted phone. I went to a virgin store and had the physical sim card replaced and my phone worked fine there but once home it stopped working again. I did all the same troubleshooting with no luck. I then messaged with an agent who sent me to tech support for him to just give me the "service vary based on topography, environmental conditions, device type and other factors" speech. Again, it has not been an issue for 4 years, my husband is with bell and has no issues.
