Did I make a mistake moving from Bell? My reception is terrible 1-2 bar maybe 3 if I am lucky.. I am a parent and I work using my phone so I need great reception -- not decent -- GREAT. How to I achieve this?

Signal strength can be affected by many different factors, such as topography, line of sight to towers, amount of users on the network, etc.
For the Community to be able to assist, more details will be needed;
- Where are you located?
- Are you experiencing dropped/ failed calls, delayed SMS and/or data connectivity issues?
- Are there specific locations where the issue is happening?
- What is the make and model of your phone?
- Is the issue (if any) only happening indoors, outdoors or both?
- When did you notice the issue (if any) started?
- What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
