Can not use phone

My Phone is on Auto Pay and do not use very often. I tried to use it and was told to Top Up  Why?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

When using a prepaid service and receiving the notice you've mentioned, it means that there is an issue with your Auto Pay. We suggest accessing My Account to make sure your Auto Pay details are up to date.
