I signed up for Prepaid on the assumption that it includes MMS as it states on the website.
https://www.virginplus.ca/en/plans/details.html#!/prepaid/monthly
"YUP, IT'S INCLUDED:
UNLIMITED Text, Picture & Video Messaging from Canada
Voicemail & Call display
Call Waiting
"
But when I try to send MMS, it says insufficient funds. I contacted Customer Service and was told my plan does not include MMS.
Why is the website misleading?

Hi @Zaptor99,
Thanks for your post,
The description of our Prepaid plans on our website are correct, MMS is included in the plan if it has been topped up correctly.

Hi @Zaptor,
The MMS feature is included in your plan, to ensure the good functioning of the prepaid account we always suggest to add a little more as it would stay on file as a safety net and will allow you to use the funds for your out of plan needs.

Hi, when you say topped up properly does that mean it costs money to send MMS?
I'm on auto pay, so do I need to top up with more money to send MMS?
