Time Change

Was time supposed to go back by an hour tonight? I thought it was next Sunday? My phone clock went back an hour. From Ontario.

Hi Community,

Some clients may have experienced an incorrect time change on their phone this morning.

The issue is now resolved. If the correct time does not appear, you may need to reboot your phone and/or turn to airplane mode and then back.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

You need to check your calendar virgin. Daylight savings shift is nov 7th 

 

 

I could use the extra hour of sleep today but let's do this on the right day, k?

Is their any compensation for the error that was made? I’m sure I’m not the only one that was late for work by almost an hour or late for an appointment. I feel the Bell and it’s affiliates should be compensating those that where effected by this “glitch”.

You posted time change solution did not work for my Samsung S21. I powered off and on no change. Did airplane mode on and off still showing wrong time.

Not a good start for a new Virgin+ member!
