Can't call one specificnumber

Hello. As of last week a specific VOIP  (Freephoneline) number cannot call my cell phone.  The number is not blocked. I can call this number.  I can receive calls for all other numbers. Call logs from the VOIP number show that the calls are rejected.

Is this something Virgin Mobile can resolve.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

This sounds like the issue is coming from the VOIP service side. Has the owner of the VOIP number done any troubleshooting on their end?

Thanks for replying. They have a trouble ticket open but have not received a response yet.
