PrePaid Plan got switched & now I can’t get it back

My plan ran out and i wanted to pay it , but had no data to do so online so in a voice call the rep "gave" me a $28 plan to use its 1 gig of included data so i could pay my bill and set up autopay which takes data. This was a mistake as i did not need plan changed or ask for it to change, but jyst wanted a data add on so i could use app, pay my bill, and set up autopay so my plan would never lapse again. What happened is i have a plan i dont want , i expressly told the rep that I need a lot of data / I was then told I’d only get back on the plan I wanted on my anniversary date / by this time I’d already applied the difference to my account & of course I got charged pay per use for data so (ridiculous) , I’ve got a zero balance and a phone that i cannot use for anything but a paperweight because of an rep error …I’m so frustrated ATM it’s  not even funny 🤬

We're sorry to learn about your experience, however there are many different ways that you can make a payment on your prepaid account that doesn't require access to data. The most popular option is to dial #111 from your device or to access your My Account profile on a laptop or desktop computer.
