I currently have a bring your own phone account and I like to go from my old phone to a newer phone. Do I just transfer the sim card.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
Yes, you simply need to place your current SIM card in the new phone and if you receive a "Enter master lock code" on the screen, it means that your new phone is still locked to its former carrier and they will need to be contacted to get the unlocking code.

Hi thanks for the reply, the new phone comes already unlocked is there a code for the new phone I have to enter and were is it.

If the phone is already unlocked you should be good to go.
Let us know if it asks you for a code and if so, what's the message on the screen.

I already bought your company eSIM but my phone was never turned on so I bought new iphone and I can not move eSIM to new phone, Can you connect my eSIM?
