An outstanding balance indicates the remaining amount owed from your most recent monthly bill to be paid off.
Bear in mind that this will not immediately update upon completing a payment - payment processing is not automatic. We have another thread on Payment delay and your balance not updating
with more info that we'd recommend taking a look over.
