Where is my new plan ?

I renewed my plan on Dec 19, 2023 FROM Sweet Pay Unlimited 30 GB  5G, TO the new Loyalty + Sweet Pay $67 Unlimited 90 GB  5G.

You said new plan would begin Jan 09, 2024. That bill still showed the old plan.

What's up ???

The Community being a peer to peer assistance channel, we don't have access to your account to review the rate plan change request. 

From your description, it sounds like a different date was selected instead of your billing cycle start date. You can review and confirm the start date of the rate plan change on the confirmation email you would have received and/or directly in My Account.

I had signed up for a 50GB monthly plan, but I exceeded the 50GB limit. I didn't want to pay the overage fee, so I changed my plan to a 60GB plan at this time so I wouldn't have to pay the overage fee, but it is still 50GB and has not been reflected. Do I have to pay the $20 overage fee?
