My phone was stolen, I am trying to activate my new sim to my other cell I just purchased.

Good morning.
You'll need to complete what's called a "SIM Swap" to resolve and activate your new SIM card to the appropriate phone line. As this is a change to your account of a sensitive nature, you would need to complete a special validation on your account when making the change. To do this you will need to visit one of our retail locations with two pieces of identification.
