I cannot seem to print/download a PDF of my bill, every time I do, it's blank. It shows as 408KB, but when I open it, it's blank... what gives? I need to submit bills to get reimbursed, and I need these PDFs.
Not sure what the problem is but possible work around is to screenshot the bill, save it as PDF.
if you need original PDF I would try different browser or device to see if the problem is from your end or Virgins end.
