I was under freedom mobile and switched over to Virgin plus and applied online. I wanted to keep my current phone number I had with freedom but in the contract it states a different number. (requested to keep number when I applied)

Hi there, I’ve been having the same issue. Was on the phone for a few hours with virgin and my previous carrier to get my old number transferred to virgin. It was confirmed that the port had been successful and I should be switched to my old number within a few hours. It’s been 2 business days since and I’m still working off my temporary virgin number.
